I purchased 10 medium pressure tans from the Milton Desert Sun Tanning. In the past customers could use the tans at any Desert Sun Tanning location. The policy changed, and I was not informed of this fact by the sales associate. The owner and the manager refuse to return my numerous phone calls and the sales associates refuse to refund my money even though the policy change was not disclosed to me. I all want is a refund, and yet the staff declines my request.\r
