Dr. Slater was my puppy's vet from the day we got her. Slater ultimately failed to diagnose her heart defect (that I repeatedly questioned her about) which led to my dog's heart failure requiring a costly surgery to correct which I could not afford. In the end, I had to euthanize my wonderful 1 1/2 year old lab mix. Dr. Slater was cited by the Oklahoma Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners for this failure to provide adequate care. I would not recommend All Pets to anyone who is seeking a decent level of care for their pet.
