I love this place. As a first time serger buyer, I chose to buy at B&J because of the personalized service. They didn't try to sell me more machine than I needed and private classes that meet my schedule were included with the serger. (No extra fee.) I'm not a quilter and am getting tips for the kind of clothing, costume sewing that I do. It's like everything is tailored just for me.
