we have been customers for 16 years and I am no longer interested in bringing my animals here. We had a sick cat who they did tests and procedures on about 2 years ago. In the end we had a high bill, and still a sick cat. They instructed us to take him to tufts where i now have a 3000 bill. Thanks Abbott. We recently had our 5month German shepherd there for shots and she was deemed vicious and ordered to be muzzled all the time because she was growling at the vet tech. Mind you she was so scared she couldn't stop shaking. The vet then instructed me to bring her to a behavior specialist and remove her from our house because she wasn't safe for my kids or company..... all this because the pup was nervous at the vet and growled. I don't know about you, but it seems a little over board if you ask me. Thanks again Abbott.
