I've only eatin at the restaurant side one time but the butcher shop is where it's at. The secret marinade they have is the best around. I could drink it if it wasn't for it soaking in raw meat haha. Seriously, my steak of choice is the rib eye and they cut it as thick as you want it. They will wrap it up for you so it soaks in the marinade and even if you cook it just an hr later, it will taste great. (no need for marinading over 12 hrs with these guys) The bacon is super thick and tasty, and last thanksgiving, they had already sliced smoked ham. It was great. I haven't had a piece of meat there yet that wasn't delish. I'm picking up chicken and beef ka-bobs in an hour, can't wait!!!!
