The first and only time I went into the business, I had decided to make a purchase. While waiting for assistance, I observed the owner of the store walk up to a customer and tell him to quit sitting on the edge of one of the futons. What the customer was doing was not damaging to anything. I came to the conclusion merchandise imust be pretty cheap if it was harmed by what the customer was doing. I thought the owner of the store was being quite ridiculous. I turned around and walked out without making a purchase. I don't want to buy from a business that apparently cares so little about a customer and sells what apparently must be very cheap merchandise. more
