After telling them twice I was pregnant, the staff at smiles by design attempted to prescribe me medication that is known to cause birth defects such as spina bifida and mental retardation. The staff is very rude- especially their receptionist! After becoming upset and requesting my records be sent to another dentist, they sent me a hateful letter telling me basically to not come back. My parents had bad experiences with them as well- Dr Smith caused a massive infection in my mother's mouth after pulling a tooth and failing to extract all of it. There are too many reputable dentists in little rock to waste your time here. Go elsewhere for quality dental work.
