two weeks ago I brought my Toyota Camry to this shop because of no cool air from the A/C. I told them there might be a leak based on my experience of last year: run out of freon after the recharge. They insisted to do a A/C Performance Check ($39). I Oked with that. After that they told me there is no leaking and added freon which costed $110 for the service.
The next day I noticed my car had no cool air again. I brought it back to the shop. Then they told me it might be a leak from the compressor. Why they couldn't find it the first time with a so call ""A/C performance Check"" that cost me almost $200? They told me they don't have the tool (with a freon sensor) that other shops use to detect the leaking.
I think they lost me as a long time customer!
Cons: Bad service
