Deceptive Selling Practices 7/7/2009

We had the most horrible experience at Balise Toyota in W Springfield Massachusetts. Three times we went there. First time we were there for 3 hours. We did the paper work and were set to pick up car. We made an appointment for delivery. The next day. Day 2; I called Balise to confirm the car was ready. We were there for 4 1/2 hours. Once we were helped (2 hours later) we were informed that the person who sold us the car was not there and that they couldn't find any paper work on us. In addition we were told that we had to re-apply. This is despite filling out numerous forms on the computer the day before. We proceeded to go through all the paper work again, but the numbers were different. We Were told to come back the next day to straighten the matter with the sale person and the financial manager. Day three; we were there 4 hours. Sat down and went over the numbers. Originally they had promised us $7000 trade in on our Matrix and 500 dollar deduction from the price of the new car. Day one we agreed to this, day 3 they decided to take the $500 off. After arguing this we were told sorry, no deal. We walked out in discuss. it was a matter of principle. Each person told us something different, but what really struck me is how condescending each one of the employees are. From the sales person to the manager. Don't ever buy a car from BaliseToyota. Bad experience. Cons: Disorganize and deceptive selling practices more
