I purchased 8 cooper studded tires for winter, totalling $1500.00. Four for my dodge and four for my toyota. When wheels were balanced on dodge the wrong weights were used resulting in clear coat peeling off of two of the rims. I brought it to attention of manager and he was willing to rectify the situation but the owner had other plans. He came out of back of store and told me that I didn't know what I was talking about, all in front of two female customers. He proceeded to tell me that I was an idiot and was looking for a handout. All I wanted was for him to fix this situation. The clear coat on all four of my rims are now peeling and allowing water to build up under clear coat. I have never been treated so poorly in the 35 years of my life.
