If you are considering using Mr. Sandless stop thinking about it and call Bill to schedule the service. My engineered hardwoods were heavily scratched by my two large dogs. Bill came in with 2 extremly responsive and responsible team members, diligiently cleaned, striped, stained, and refinished my floors. Sure my floors will never look new again, but they sure looked great. The customer experience was excellent! The End result exceeded my expectations.
