I had been there a year and things seemed to go well. When I called back for an appointment the man at the front desk was rude and not accomodating. There were no appointments for several weeks and I had no more contact lenses - and my glasses were broken. He refused to give me a sample to help me through to the appointment. When I did go to the appointment 2 weeks later Kathleen Murphy, the eye doctor, took a quick look in my eyes with the slit lamp and informed me that I had a viral conjunctivits and she would not be able to do the exam for at least 3 weeks because of this. I went to a different eye doctor the following day who stated that there is no evidence of this and that that story was fabricated.\r
Needless to say after paying for childcare to get to the appointment - and then being sent out again without any accomodation - it was very frustrating. I have no conclusion to draw other than she was trying to make my life unnecessairly difficult.
