I've tried motivating myself for the last five years to get off my butt and get in shape--thank goodness I found Dustin and Kutting Weight. He is so sweet and supportive--not the usual ""scary"" boot camp experience at all! After two weeks I already feel better--I can't wait to see five weeks' worth of results! The? people are great and vary tremendously in terms of ability, so you never feel insecure. I would recommend KW to athletes AND couch potatoes, who want a varied, challenging, fun workout.
Pros: Supportive, Fun, Totally Worthwhile!
Cons: the insects in the park. :)
