Can someone say CISTOMER SERVICE TRAINING?? 7/27/2009

Took my car in for repairs and whenever I picked it up a piece to the car was missing. I noticed IMMEDIATELY upon leaving the shop and returning home. However, the shop was closed for the weekend. Called 1st thing Monday morning and was given the run-around! They REFUSED 2 replace the missing part and wouldn't even take ownership of the incident. Now I am out $200 to replace the part that was ""lost"" while in their care. Very RUDE and inconsiderate of the customers. If customer service is important to you then I suggest you go elsewhere.
