A little humility will go a long way. I attended an event caterred by Capri. There were a multitude of problems that I witnessed first hand given that I interacted with the staff and served the food. The host who hired Capri issued a long list of complaints about. The owner refused to acknowledge any of the feedback, and lold a multitude of lies to save face. We all make mistakes. Capri will obviously continue making them.
