Carrie - I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate Bill and his handling of a situation that came up. This was my 1st time making reservations for a performer and wanted to make sure everything ran smoothly. I called the airport and found that the plane was scheduled to arrive 10 minutes early, but you'd already told me that the driver would track the flight information and would be there on time. Bill, the chauffeur had called me shortly after the flight arrived as he hadn't located the passengers, but he assured me it wasn't abnormal for them to be a little late because there could be a delay in baggage pick-up. \r

He called back to say he still hadn't located them and he'd checked the baggage pick-up area and didn't see many people. He asked for a description of the passengers. I hadn't actually met them before, but told him what I thought. He agreed to check around again. We figured Delta wouldn't release name information due to privacy issues. While he checked the baggage area again, I called Delta with the information I had on my end to see if the people made it on the plane. Three were confirmed as checking in on the flight. I called Bill back with their names and asked if he could see if Delta would page them. He called me back to let me know he'd spoken with one of the ladies who explained the 4th person missed their flight, but was scheduled to arrive shortly. He called me back when he had all passengers and was in route to the hotel. \r

I want you to know how much I appreciate Bill working with me to locate the passengers and keeping me informed on their transport. I'm not sure if this is something he is expected to do or if he went out of his way, but I'm truly grateful of his efforts and positive attitude. You made a good impression when I first spoke with you and he enhanced the overall experience. I'll definitely call you for any future transportation needs! \r
