I needed something to help keep me motivated on a regular routine of exercise. I had a friend that told me about Action Personal Training. She has a trainer there and told me to go too. I have to say that this was exactly what I needed.
The place is clean, the trainers are all friendly. I've been going for a few months now and it keeps me going. The trainer pushes me and gives me the best workouts I've ever had by myself.
I definitely suggest this place if you're looking for something to get you back into a workout routine, or to spruce your regular one up.
