where you wanna be??Why they didn't mention the Demographics 7/27/2009

Ok Towering Pines is indeed in a nice natural wood setting. the apartements( as far as the floor plans go) are very nice. But that shouldn't be the only reason people should move there. If you have children like i do, you worry about the crime rate. I Mean that's my main concern. I''ve lived here for two years now. The First year it was fairly quiet, at least for the first 6 months of that year but as soon as summer came around , it got ridiculous. But it still wasn't as bad then as it is now. During my second year here. it has been 3 rappings over here, about 6 or 7 shootings, countless fights, and even a body found in a pathway behind my building over by the dumpster area..\r There were other factors as well like code inforcement has been out several times this year because of condemmed apartments and because there were several complaints from residents about things not getting fixed. It took them almost and entire year for them to replace my broken dishwasher and garbage disposal, and a leaky refrigerator. which all was reported 3 days after i moved here(in June) during the second year i was here. it just got fix in May when they got a whole new staff and apartment managers. So those services have improved. But a good thing i can say about Towering pines is that they do have good prices for their apartments. (I wonder why now )LoL\r \r Towering pines is a good first apartment to live in IF YOU DON'T HAVE KIDS. But i wouldn't live here again.\r SOO HAPPY IM MOVING SOON! Pros: yeah it's nice a far as the apartemnets and prices go. Cons: The crime rate is terrible. And it not as ""quiet"" as they say more
