As a mother of 3 young children, I find myself always taking care of others and leaving myself at the bottom of the priority list. A friend recommended CorePower Yoga in Ken Caryl. Not seeing myself as ""flexible"" or the yoga ""type"" I was hesitant about trying it out. After my first class I was convinced I found the one thing that will give me strength, balance, a crazy workout, but most of all....time for me!! The instructors are amazing and the facility is so beautiful. This is the secret to sanity for every busy mom!!
