I'm on a 3rd floor facing east. Despite a hot summer, ceiling fans have allowed me to avoid using the air conditioner-- just open the windows at night. Only drawback is the traffic on the street all night long... Lovely clubhouse and pool; inadequate computers and faxers, though; fun community events; great staff; Prompt response to maintainance issues; I never hear my neighbors. Families appear to be clustered to the west of this big complex. I'm leaving only if I find something closer to work... Good schools, too, I hear.
Pros: Clean, quiet, well-maintained apts. w/ good neighbors
Cons: Pigeons; Iliff is a busy street all night long
