Their technician, Bobby, did an awful job. Either he didn't know how a sprinkler system works, or he was lazy and didn't want to do the actual fixing because we had to call another company to fix effectively the problem and it was probably a couple of hours of labor under the sun and in the heat. Because Bobby said there wasn't a warranty on the installation of the sprinkler head, I pretty much couldn't call to complain. After all was done, I felt ripped off by this company.
