We purchased several fans from them 5 years ago.
This week we needed a replacement part.
We called Valley Breeze, not only did they not call us back about the part, when we stopped in they said the fan co. was out of business. They said we had to buy a new fan.
We called the mfg. they still sell replacement parts, and are sending them out to us.
We try to buy local, but NOT when they don't even try to help and lie to your face about parts in an effort to get us to buy a new fan!
Cons: No Customer Service
