I typically go to this restaurant for a sandwich once a week until recently. 2 weeks ago my husband went to pick up 2 large sandwiches for us and for the first time they were HORRIBLE. The wheat bread was stale, the chicken was overcooked I could not finish it and it was a waste of money for the both of us. In these times it is a big treat to eat out. What has been worst is my attempts to have the matter resolved the first time I called with the issue the young lady took my information and advised me that someone would call me. The next time I called I actually spoke with the owner and he told me the bread was not stale he knows that for a fact, then said he had to look into and call me back. Needless to say noone has called me back. I will no longer patron this restaurant not because of the error but the way in which it was handled. Everyone works hard for the money they make and the consumer should never be treated like a liar or ignored or like they don't matter at all. Thanks for your money now be gone. I am deeply disappointed and I hope that this will never happen to any other hard working americans just trying to enjoy a treat at their favorite place.
