I got a gift certificate for their platinum car wash with the van upgrade. I took my van in today and left VERY disappointed. Since I did not have the cup holders open or the side compartments in the back where the kids sit they did not clean these areas. I was informaed that they do not open compartments if they are closed and clean them. Then I had to point out that driver side door handle had dirt still in it that I was able to wipe out easily, Coke still streaked the back of the area where the kids sit too. I could go on about the problems but the way i got treated was that I was too picky and that I should be happy about what I got for the money that was paid. I was told I could bring the van back in and have it redone but had to pull teeth to get that in writing (I was not about to take anyone's word about this!). I have had ok experiances here before, nothing stellar but alright. However, after they give me the service that was paid for I will not be back. \r

Oh, and I find it wrong that their employees are posting 5 stars for the fact that they work there..is it me or is that just wrong?
