I took my 2001 VW Jetta in because lack of power. I thought the dealer would be the best place for service, but boy was I wrong!! After $400 plus of diagnostic work which took a day and half I still had the same problem. I even had to call for updates. I expressed my feelings to the service guy and he literally got into my face about how well the technician was trained. \r \r A few months later after saving more money, I took the car to an independent auto mechanic and within 20 minutes he found the problem. The intake manifold was full of carbon. This problem was checked by the dealer but they said it was ok. \r \r I would never recommend Armstrong service to anyone.\r Cons: Service rip off more
