since we got our new manager things have been GREAT. She really knows how to run a great property. The maintenance is good too. We are close to the light rail and down town. WHICH IS GREAT for a young guy like me. the only thing that i can think of that is a bit bad is when they have to turn off the water for repairs, but they try to let us know a week in advance.
