They did an awesome job and made a stressful process easy. In fact, I found an apartment the same day. Excellent service. Worth the fee. Saved me tons of time and aggravation. Don't know the reliability of what others have said but all their fees are straight up and standard. In fact, they are even more upfront than most broker's I've seen because they actually list their fee percentage on their ads instead of just saying ""broker's fee.""
