Being a busy woman (who isn't?), car maintenance is simply a topic I don't have time or desire to learn about. And why bother when the team at Firestone Parker are such a positive experience in my life. Maurice, Bill and the guys always greet me like an old friend, never make me feel like they're trying to sell me extra repairs, etc. They even take the extra steps to remedy my little problems, like putting on the spare tire cover when the dealership couldn't figure it out, or realign the back wiper that the car wash ate. Both of these times, they did not charge me for their time. The best thing I like is that my steering wheel is not greasy when I pick it up, which is a big thing for me. If you are looking for A+ service and fairness, talk to Maurice and the guys at Firestone. Drive safely, sleep easy.
