I was a customer of WAMU for 5 years, without one problem, but when the WAMU was changed to Chase, I was charged with nearly $360 dollars in fees, which they were unable to reverse, so I cancelled my membership and will never bank with chase again, I am not the only one, they are the worst US bank in history, greedy, and their customer service stinks, stating contract clauses instead of working with the customer. Please never bank with chase.
