Getting ready for a cross country trip to Portland, I found Fetch online and called them. One of the new owners (a young married couple) gave me a quote and seemed quite attentive, so I made a reservation. After travelling 3,000 miles, we boarded our two dogs there. I was given a multi page questionaire to fill out, and among other details, I warned them not to clip the dogs claws. When we picked up our dogs we were told that they had tried to clip the claws regardless, to bad effect. Also, the price I was quoted was doubled for the second dog, explained with ""oh, I forgot."" The new owners seem like nice young people but they don't know what they're doing. At LEAST they're good with animals --- but they need to pay attention more.
Pros: Reservation available
Cons: Fetch owners neglect instructions, added extra costs
