I sent my 19 year daughter to have her eye exam done for contacts and glasses. She received the prescription for the glasses but not the contacts. She was not certain if she had to go back for a re-check to make certain the contacts fit (routinely they do re-check a new patient for contacts after 1 week). Being she was a new patient etc and the first time on her own - I understood her confusion. Today, she went again to see about getting her contact prescription, they said she had received the prescription and charged her $5.00. Being she had lost one of the new contacts and Wal-mart has to order the contacts that takes up to 7-10 days, I decided to see if the doctor would give her (even charge) for a replacement until the contacts arrived. I walked into Dr Bean office and said Hi, I think their has been a mis-understanding about my daughter's contacts. The doctor starting immediately screaming, liar liar liar liar liar liar before i could even say another thing. I said I am here because she should have had a follow-up exam and she lost her new contact and see if you would provide another one and exam to maker certain they fit. She continued the entire time screaming liar liar liar while her associate said they were not a dispenser. I told them I would turn them int and Dr Bean responded Oh, Im so scared! This is not a service and how dare they treat a young adult so disrespectful.
