We had a redwood fence installed with a gate. A good fella did the estimate, then a bunch of day laborers showed up to perform the work. Many problems with the construction and the workmanship. Customer Service at the company was passive aggressive and refused to correct several of the items below because, ""that's just how we've been doin' 'em for the last 15 years"".
