Mr. Goldberg was recommended to me by a friend of my parents' whom experienced problems with him after the fact and now regrets recommending him to me. He may be ok at filing a bk for you, but has no regard for what happens after the fact, or how to mitigate the reprocussions to your credit or your life afterwards. I initially saw him to resolve a vacant rental home I owned and we filed Chapter 13 to include this house. I just found out two years later after pulling a credit report that the house wasn't even filed! It was just foreclosed on and that's that. I think that was a pretty important thing to leave out of a bk that I filed BECAUSE OF! That's only one of at least 5 other complaints I have that are too long to even get into. I'm sure some people are happy with his service for simpler transactions, but for more complicated cases like mine was, it was a disaster that would have been avoided in the hands of a more competent and concientious attorney. At this office you're treated like just another number and forgotten before you walk out the door. I don't care if he only charged me $5.00, it would have been five bucks wasted.
