Having been a patron for close to 20 years, all I can say is ""Who the hell had the bright idea to change things?""
That WAS our favorite place to go and we went often. We haven't had a good meal in there since all the changes began. I used to LOVE your fish n chips. The last 3 orders I have gotten were overcooked, dry, tough, the fries were soggy and cold. My son's salmon was dry, overcooked. In addition, wait staff was less than friendly, EXTREMELY slow, orders were delivered but not what was ordered. Who decided to change the decor? The charm and feel of the beach, which, majority of people look for when they are at the beach, is gone. Overall a VERY unpleasant experience. I predict a quick demise of the New Pierside. Sadly , most of us old timers are already missing the Grand Old Pierside.
