I took my car for a repair that was recommended by USAA Insurance.The car was ready as promised but I have to return it bacause some areas needs to be rebuff and the interior leather seats and car mats ahve some paint stain.For a company that has been doing business for 35yrs. These simple things should have been looked at by a manager before the cars are ready. They do back up a lifetime warranty on their workmanship but it is a waste of my time taking back the car to be buffed again. No written or verbal instructions were given at the tiem of pick up.
