I love my new couch and recliners. The price was very reasonable. They arrived sooner than expected. The delivery was on time. One of the recliners arrived with a damaged base, and the return and replacment was handled painlessly and quickly. I never get customer service this great anywhere anymore, so I was really pleasantly surprised when it all turned out so well.
