I went to cancel my contract after one month and was told I signed a 3 year contract and nothing could be done. This was the same person that told me that I could cancel my contract at ANY TIME and NEVER ONCE talked about a 3 year contract when I was signing my child up for an experience that I thought would be positive. She then explained that they ""sold"" my contract to an outside financial company - Global Finance Inc. - and that I would need to call them. I did and the person that I spoke to told me to send a letter to a PO Box. When I asked for his full name, a physical address, what the letter should contain, and the expected outcome, I was told that he could give me NONE of that information. I am sure I know what the expected outcome is.... Meanwhile , my bank is working hard to protect me but the fact is that these companies KNOW what they are doing and can keep debiting the bank account despite putting STOP PAYMENTS into action. The other recourse is to completely cancel your entire bank account and start over which takes endless hours of contacting legitimate business partners to explain the situation. Even then, Global Finance can use lawyers to garnish the money from your bank account although it is unlikely given their shady reputation. I am incredibly sad that White Tiger exists ONLY to scam honest people. And, shame on me for believing their words and not reading the fine print. Stay tuned for the final outcome.....
