After 36 years of holding out from taking credit cards, reality that clients no longer carried checkbooks forced me to consider taking cards. I heard Keith give a presentation to his BNI group and asked to talk to him about accepting cards at my office. His explanation of the process was clear. After almost a year with him, I have had no problems with the system. Any questions I have about a bill he's answered and the one time it was incorrect he got it corrected. He has even changed out equipment to get us a lower rate when it became obvious we didn't process many transactions each month.
