I've lived at the District for a while now. I can hear the people walking around upstairs 24/7. My neighbors constantly play loud music and the District does nothing about it. For the past two years I've put up with tons of ants, spiders, and fruit flies. The District has dont nothing to for that. I recently just got robbed in June (2009). I called the District for help because they told us security lives in the building. They laughed at me and told me to call 9-1-1. There was more than $1,000 worth of stuff missing. The worst part is, the robbers came back a second time. The District has done nothing to help my room mates and I. Or help our safety. They said they would move us up but have yet to return any of my calls.
