Southern Comfort Mechanical installed a new AC unit and furnace for us. We had an excellent experience with them because they are professional and knowledgeable. They do good work and they make sure that the customer is satisfied.
Initially, I got 2 estimates for the job. The one from Southern Comfort Mechanical was reasonable and less expensive than the other one, so I decided to use them.
I also was impressed with the technician who came out and talked to me about the work. The same man came out with another technician to do the job.
They were professional, pleasant and nice to work with. You can tell that they care about the customer.
Everything worked out better than I expected. They found some holes in the return line that were making the unit sweat, so it looked like it was leaking. They covered up the holes and solved the problem at no extra charge.
I would highly recommend Southern Comfort Mechanical. In fact, just today, I recommended them to my daughter and son-in-law, who also need a new unit installed. I hope they will use them and have the same kind of positive experience we had.
