My Mother bought a long-arm quilter from this business and has had difficulty getting any service to assist her in setting the machine up and getting it to work correctly, I don't know if you've ever priced a long-arm quilter, but they are nearly as expensive a low-end new car. The other person that works there states she is not certified in the use of this Pfaff quilter and therefore can not help her out at all. The last time we went in to ask for help again, the owner came in, went into the back and hid from us while we were trying to get assistance with the machine. The owner left her employee, the same employee that isn't ""certified"" and has no idea how to use the machine deal with us trying to ask her how to get the machine to work. The owner got her commission money, I sure she has no problems letting someone else deal with any problems.
Over a month since she got her machine, my Mom finally called another person and is paying out of her pocket for the help that should have come with the purchase of this machine. That person that is helping my Mom said that she helped another person with the exact same machine and complaint from this store. Meanwhile the store owner has had her money for over two months.
What's even more deplorable about this entire situation is the fact that my Mom has dozens of quilts ready to be quilted that she hasn't been able to finish. She sends these colorful quilts to overseas American soldiers, and had really looked forward to being able to quickly get many quilts made. Because her quilter doesn't work, she can only get one to two quilts finished a week instead of a more than a dozen, like she would like to do.
This business is horrible. Employees that are not educated in the products they sell, and an owner that doesn't care once she gets her money make it tops on my ""never go back to again"" list.
