I ordered my Window and was told installation would be in 6-8 weeks. At 8 weeks (after no phone calls) I called to find out where my window was, I was told it would still be another 2 weeks before it even came in, if it was on time. I was promised a phone call with confirmation of delivery date, which never occured. I had to call them again and was told it would be another 2 weeks before it would be installed provided it came in on time. Very poor customer service, they never called me I always had to call and when I called they told me ""this is common"" and they ""don't make phone calls when windows are over quoted time, it is just an estimated quote"". The sales man was pushy up front for the sale and after the sale as not helpful of friendly and unwilling to take ownership for statements he made. Prices up front may seem nice but it is not worth the poor customer service this compnay provided. Cons: Customer Service, Sales Team more
