We had a pair of pants patched here. The result looked like something we could have done ourselves with a patch from the fabric store and one of those tiny emergency sewing kits. The result was not aesthetically pleasing, and we paid about 10x what it would have cost us to do a (better) job ourselves. Very disappointed.
