My daughter and I got to the parking lot and a YMCA bus was unloading to go to bisque art. It was 10:45 and they opened at 11:00 as I checked on the web that am b-4 coming. We drove from Cary so it was a bit of a drive. We waited outside for approx. 10 mins. The owners husband saw us out there, I'm sure. A few mins. later, I popped my head in to inquire if they were open to the public that specific am. After looking at the clock he told me, ""not for 3 more mins"". So, Ok we continued to wait. At 11:05, I decided to leave. As we were walking away, he opens the door and shouts ""ok, we're open now"". I shouted back, ""ok, thank you"" and continued to my car. I will not go back. MY question is what difference would 3 minutes have made? I was supposed to wait 3 minutes until 11:00 on the dot yet, he, knowing that we were waiting, made us wait after 11:00. Very poor customer service. I'll stick with Crazy Glaze in Fuquay from now on.
Cons: bad customer service
