I took my vehicle in for an ac repair and dealt with Craig. I should have walked out the moment I noticed they were having a conflict with another customer at that time. Long story short they had my vehicle for a week, the ac was not repaired, and I was still expected to pay them. I should have just left my money on the counter when I first got there and left. Thats essentially the same service I received from them. My ac still doesn't work, I,m out that money and it's 104 in Houston. Take my advice, STAY AWAY from Louetta Automotive!!!
Cons: Dishonest, Absolutely NO customer service!
