We hired Charlene, (actually we had no choice in the matter, the attorneys selected her and we had to pay). She wrote an inaccurate, incomplete report leaving out all important information that would lead to the best interest of the child. She sided with the mother early on in the meetings and it was all over from that point on. She did not return our phone calls or acknowledge she received our faxes. Not to mention she left out one of the key witness statements because it would not have benefited her recommendations. Her recommendations will only hurt the child in this case and not by any means help her. She definitely doesn't look out for the best interest of the child in any way, shape or form. Please save your children and either agree on a resolution together or hire someone else to do the ""investigating"".
