My bf ordered me an arragement of tulips from 1-800 flowers and paid a lot for it to get delivered. I received the tulips on time, but they had bloomed all the way and the next day my tulips where dying and withering away. I called My bf told him the situation and he called House of Blooms and called 1-800-flowers. The owner Miss Pat came to my office to see for herself apologized for the flowers explained that the heat makes them open and wither and sent me a bouquet the next day of gorgeous lilies, roses, and daisies!!!
