I was sued by these guys for a break in a lease at the apartments I lived at and they won. I called them to make payment arrangements via a voluntary wage assignment and Dale called and was very rude and was not willing to work with me at all. the funny thing is the apartments did not even know how rude they are and what they are turning down. What ever you do have all your ducks in a row!! Keep all paperwork from whatever apartment you live in and get everything in writing.!!
