The DirecTech Installer came to my home to set up my direct tv on July 2nd between 8am and 12pm. The installer (His name is William and he has Bill tattoed on his knuckles) showed up and told my wife that he did not have both my HD DVR Box and my HD Box on his truck and had to call his boss. He calls and then states that his boss is going to meet him at another job and drop both HD boxes off to him and he would be back in a few hours. William failed to leave any contact info (Most likeley b/c William wasn't coming back) and then left at 12:32pm. I have recently called Direct TV 4 times and had them email DirectTech North. The worst company ever is supposed to call back within 20 mins of the email request. A ""Supervisor"" called and spoke with my wife and asked her if the story that I was telling to Direct TV was actually True!! The ""supervisor"" then stated that he would be calling her back in 20 mins. 45 minutes later I come home and my wife is trying to get ahold of DirecTech but the worst company ever's phone just keeps going to voicemail. So I call Direct TV for a third time and the whole process starts over again. DIRECTECH NORTH IS BY FAR THE ABSOULTE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. After the third time calling DirectTV DirecTech North has some random kid call me to tell me that the Supervisor is on a CONFRENCE CALL from 6pm to 9pm and that it was way too important to step away from for two minutes to give me an explanation on WHY I STILL DON'T HAVE BOTH OF MY HD BOXES. I am filing a complaint with the better business breau and going to persue this issue to the fullest extent. DIRECTECH NORTH @ (508) 427-6237 IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is now 8:03pm, I am waiting for a call from you (DirecTech Northeast). Thanks for nothing DIRECTECH NORTHEAST Horrible, Disgusting, and the rest of the words that I use to describe them I will keep out of this email
