Wegmans is fine, but the wonderful folks at Palmer's actually know what they are talking about. My guy, Fred, cut my steaks for me right there....just the way I needed them. And my guests raved. The monkfish and striped bass were fresher and cheaper than Wegman's, too. As an avowed foodie, the entree makes the meal....and these guys know how to make it special and help you do the same.
